Returns

Due to the consumable nature of spices, returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged

• Incorrect product delivered

• Package tampered

Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

No refund for opened or used products.

4️⃣ SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days (depending on location).

• We use trusted courier partners across India.

• Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.

5️⃣ CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

• Refund (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
